For showers, we recommend 8–12 weeks in advance. Bridal showers in particular tend to book around other wedding events, so securing your date early gives you the best room selection. Weekend dates in May through September fill fastest.

Showers at Glen Eagle typically range from 25 to 80 guests. The View is our most popular room for bridal showers with its panoramic course views and natural light — it seats up to 100. For more intimate baby showers, the Clubhouse Patio offers a relaxed outdoor setting for up to 50 guests.

Most shower hosts choose a brunch or afternoon tea-style menu. Our kitchen offers plated options, cocktail-style hors d’oeuvres, and grazing boards. For more elaborate menus, our preferred caterer specializes in higher-end plated meals. We accommodate all dietary restrictions with advance notice.

Absolutely — and most shower hosts do. You’re welcome to bring your own florals, centrepieces, signage, and party favours. Our events team will coordinate setup and teardown timing with your vendors and provide a floor plan to work from.

If you’ve booked the patio and the weather turns, we move your shower seamlessly into The View or the Albion Room. We’ll walk through a rain plan during your event detailing visit so there are no surprises on the day.

Yes. Each room has flexible layouts that allow for a gift-opening area, game stations, and a dedicated food section. If you need a projector for a slideshow, our in-house audio-visual system is included with every booking.
